Due to the handmade nature of most of my work, there won't really be any defective items sent as most things I send myself. If you do happen to recieve a damaged or defective item from me you are encouraged to email me at goregirlsinc@gmail.com or send me a message through my site. Depending on the situation, I can try to replace items. However, these remedies are by a case by case basis and I cannot offer any type of refund for purchases made from my website.
