I have a fixed rate for US shipping based on the items being shipped. I use USPS and you'll get tracking as long as it's not stickers! I do not have international shipping at this time.

Due to the handmade nature of most of my work, there won't really be any defective items sent as most things I send myself. Depending on the situation, I can try to replace items. However, these remedies are by a case by case basis and I cannot offer any type of refund for purchases made from my website.
