Say hello to Percy Puppy! He is a valued member of the esteemed circus troupe titled Leopold’s Sensational Circus! Percy’s job is to assist the ringmaster Leopold in his tricks and performances! Percy also has his own talents and shows off his amazing tricks to the audience throughout the show! Percy is made of white minky and he has nice spots all over him in the primary colors. Percy is stuffed with weighted beads and polyfil. He comes with his clown hat and clown collar which are both removable. Percy puppy is a prototype and discounted!
